Title: Assistant Event Services Manager

Purpose of the Role:

To support the planning and execution of events at UOB LIVE, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, high service standards, and operational readiness before, during, and after each event.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination

  • Assist with event planning, including timelines, layouts, equipment, and staffing.
  • Act as floor lead during event setup, show operations, and teardown.
  • Support coordination with internal departments (AV, Security, Building Services, etc.).
  • Manage on-site communication with clients, vendors, and team members during events.

Team Supervision

  • Supervise and guide Event Staff Coordinators to ensure readiness and task execution.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings for casual staff and volunteers.
  • Ensure that staff follow SOPs and service standards.

Client & Vendor Support

  • Serve as a liaison for client requirements during rehearsals and event days.
  • Support vendor coordination for deliveries, setup, and logistics.
  • Handle client or guest requests in a professional and timely manner.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain event checklists, reports, and post-event evaluations.
  • Assist in tracking staff attendance and resource usage.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation required for audits and ISO procedures.

Health, Safety & Emergency Preparedness

  • Ensure that safety standards and emergency procedures are followed at all times.
  • Coordinate emergency response drills when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in live event operations or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event requirements.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and late nights.
