Assistant Pub Manager (Full-Time – 40 Hours per week) Salary: £32000 per annum I am recruiting for a welcoming, family-run pub looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Pub Manager to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant venue that serves quality food and drinks, and hosts regular events including quizzes and community gatherings.

The Role As Assistant Pub Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service and a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities Support the Pub Manager in the smooth operation of the business Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example Help manage staff, including training and rota planning Oversee food and drink service to ensure high standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling Support the organisation of events such as quiz nights and special functions Step up to manage the pub in the absence of the Manager About You Previous experience in hospitality or pub management Passionate about customer service and creating great experiences Positive, energetic, and a strong team player Well organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum Live-in accommodation available Supportive, family-run environment Opportunity to grow within the business A fun and dynamic workplace
