Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Savannah, GA, for an Area Supervisor. Some traveling is required. The Area Supervisor will oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include the oversight of three a Military DFAC unit in Savannah, GA. Periodic visits to other ECI locations out of state. Will be heavily involved in developing and oversight of operations.
Qualifications
- Management Experience in the Food Service Industry
- Culinary Background of some capacity.
- Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on staff supervision and development
- Proficiency in operational coordination, including scheduling, inventory management, and performance optimization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster professional interactions with staff and customers
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food service standards
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is an asset
